Tyson L. Taylor

In 2023, Tyson Taylor was named Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Communications, for Pioneer Natural Resources. Prior to her current role, Tyson served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communications, from June 2022 to October 2023, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, from November 2021 to June 2022, and Vice President, Human Resources, from April 2019 through November 2021.

She has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, including 11 years with Pioneer, during which she has worked in all areas of the company’s Human Resources department. Taylor previously held the positions of Vice President, Learning and Development, and Director, Organizational Development and Recruiting. Taylor also oversees Pioneer’s corporate Diversity and Inclusion program, focused on respecting differences and cultures, encouraging unique perspectives and developing employees.

In addition to her work at Pioneer, she serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas, a nonprofit committed to creating a safe gathering place for young girls to grow up strong, smart and bold.

Taylor has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
